I hope this post will help you to spot some email messages that are not what they say they are.
I received a very convincing looking email message on one day this week. Here’s the subject line..
.. and here’s the body of the message ..
How do I know that it’s not genuine?
When I move the mouse over (but don’t click) the link that is supposed to help me go straight to the disk capacity page this is what I see in the bottom left of my email window (it might be in a different place and it might look differently on your computer but it’s worth looking at where links are going to before clicking on them)..
If I click on the link then this is the page I will be taken to. The first bit of the link (www.gravitywellnesscoaching.com) is nothing that I know of so I’m pretty sure that this email is not genuine. I think the link is an attempt to get my password from me.
